/STRONG AS A MOTHER Fit Camp

Enjoy our 6 week (12 class) Pre/Postnatal Strength Training Group. Classes meet on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12pm (noon).

STRONG AS A MOTHER Fit Camps are tailored specifically to staying active throughout pregnancy as well as postpartum recovery and beyond.  This group format creates a great opportunity to build a community of support and connection with other women on similar journeys.  

All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable or transferable. Prorated Fit Camp pricing can be determined for shortened participation and is evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact the gym directly to discuss options if your due date falls in middle of a Fit Camp session block.
